You do not need to register as a new customer. You can go directly to the product lists, and check on the current prices. Once you have selected the product with its corresponding cost, click on 'buy now' and then you will be directed to Paypal for the payment. You simply need to login to your Paypal account. You will be receive an invoice from Paypal once the payment has been completed.

Are my details secure? ^

Yes, your details are secure. We do not keep your information. All payment transactions are done directly through Paypal. You may check on Paypal's information on Buying Safely.

I looked at the prices a few hours ago, why has it suddenly changed? ^

The sellers may change their prices without notice, which is usual with any retail business. It is best to always check the price before confirming the purchase or before the payment. You may also contact the seller directly for purchasing enquiries.

What shall we do for a payment dispute? ^

What shall we do for a payment dispute? You can contact the sellers directly about any payment dispute. Your payments go directly to the sellers' Paypal account. Should there be further problems, you can also file a dispute through Paypal.
Furthermore, all of the sellers in MySpecialNow have their own web pages on the site that has all their contact information that. You can contact them before making any transaction.

My browser cannot access your page. What shall I do? ^

MySpecialNow has routine maintenance scheduled late night to ensure a stable and secure shopping environment for its user. We apologize for any inconvenience but when this happens the site is usually back up within 20 to 30 minutes. On the other hand, there could be other reasons for this. Please check your internet connection or download the latest version of your browser (Firefox's latest version is so far the safest in the industry at this time).

How do I log in to my account? ^

Go to the home page and then click on "Login" then you will be directed to the business login page. Fill out the username, password and click "Login"

Why can't I login? ^

It is possible that you entered either your user name and/or password incorrectly. If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot password". Enter your email address on the space provided and your password will be reset. You may also email us about it through support@myspecialnow.com.au

Go to the home page and click on "submit your business" at the upper right corner of the site. You will then be directed to the business registration page. Enter your details and submit. Are my details secure? ^

Your account details that would be shown are those that you would allow to show. You may not post the information that you are not comfortable with. Your banking details are kept by Paypal and we do not have access to this. ^ What is the difference between the free and ecommerce account?

With Free listings, you would be added to our directory and will be allowed to post and sell one product. Our ecommerce account allows you to post unlimited number of products or services. Kindly view our comparison table at the registration page.

Yes, we issue newsletter monthly.

How do I integrate my Paypal account? ^

You must first have a Paypal account. If you already have one, then you can just provide your Paypal email address and your Paypal and MySpecialNow accounts would be integrated.

Somebody says that they bought something and paid but we did not receive any Paypal notice. What should we do? ^

First, you must check your email spam or junk folder as the notice could have gone there. If there is none, send us an email through support@myspecialnow.com.au

Ordering
How will consumers order from us? ^

Consumers will place an order through your MySpecialNow web page and the payments would go through your Paypal account.

Delivery
How do we do delivery? ^

You may do it through AU post, insurance recommended. Customers may also prefer pick up. You are free to set your delivery options as consumers will directly contact you about it.

Advertise
How do I promote and market my site or products? ^

Word of mouth is still one of the best ways to promote your business or product. You may also run a Google ad campaign. Check out our blog for some tips.

How do my business and products get advertised or promoted? ^

Every product posted on our site is submitted to Google and is being indexed by it.

Web Site Issues
I cannot post new products. What could be the problem? ^

Check on your product details and make sure that you do not have duplicate products or information as the web site technically does not allow duplicate products.

Why doesn't my page show? ^

You must add at least one product or service to make your page go live on the site.

How do I add business details on my page? ^

Go to the business profile page and then fill in your business details.

How do I manage my shopping cart? ^

You can add or remove products that you want to sell on the shopping cart. Just tick the shopping cart option in the view/edit product options.

Once an item sells do you get paid any commission on it. ^

We charge NO commission, you do direct with the customer though your paypal account.

How can I see how many people have viewed my item. ^

Yes you can, When you log-in, go to Clickcharts at the top of the page and from there you can see how many clicks per product as well as total clicks.

I sell Mexican pottery and collectable bears/dolls what category can I put this under or will you be introducing new categories. ^

We will open up category for products as they are requested.

I have added the shopping cart but I think there is a problem can you please check it out before I add more products. ^

When you log in have you gone to. 1) Go to Shopping cart settings and put in your PayPal email address as this sets up your payment side. 2) Then from there you go to view/Edit products, for the product you want to add a shopping cart too click on edit, 3) Then click the box next to shopping cart so that a tick is inside the box, enter product Quantity. 4) Check that retail price is correct 5) Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 for each product.

I want to add a special price to these products to help drive more traffic to mysite. ^

1) Click Manage Special click one or more products you want to place on special. 2) With Special Type (box 1) the special can be %, $ or text. 3) Special Start Date (box 2) this is the date when you want to start the special. 4) Box 3 is for how long you want to run the special. We will sent you a email when the special is getting close to the finishing date and all you have to do is click the link and extent the time. You will also receive an email when your product Quantity reaches zero.

I accidently entered the wrong brand name to one of the my products- the star bassinette set, it should be n/a. ^

Email us admin@myspecialnow.com.au and we will fix the issue. you will need to delete the product on your end and just re add it from the main server. Log in Go to add a product Select the: Category: Sub Category : Type: You will see the product come up on the right hand side, click the box and hit add .
